EASY Nursing Cover Up

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • sewing a straight line
  • measuring
  • folding
  • ironing

Pattern Description:

Need to make a quick gift? These are very popular now! This Nursing Cover-Up is one layer of fabric, not two layers like some, so it's lightweight for the hot weather. It is quick to sew up with my easy , step by step instruction with 5 photos and 7 diagrams. There is strong curved plastic (called "boning" in the Notions department in the sewing shop), that sits at the nursing mothers chest so she can look down at her baby as she's discretely breast-feeding in public.

I've taught beginning sewing for five years to ages 8 and up to adults. I saw the need for clear instructions with good diagrams/photos for beginners. You beginners can make this with these easy step my step instructions.
