Basic Skills Necessary:

  • double-knitting
  • knitting in the round

Pattern Description:

Living somewhere cool? Here's a delightfully warm, top-down, fully reversible, double knit hat for you and yours. One side of the hat features a rippling texture pattern and the other sprinkles of colour!

Top-down hats are wonderfully adjustable. Simply make increases until the hat is big enough, then commence the vertical section of the hat.
Options for working with different yarn weights and adding additional insulation are given.

An accompanying Nine-Part Tutorial is available from my website.
