PRODUCT DETAILS

Build essential skills for adjusting patterns to create jeans that fit fabulously. With pattern designer and instructor Jennifer Stern-Hasemann as your guide, you'll start with how to take key measurements and create a muslin test garment. Move on to adjusting the rise, legs and the amount of sitting room in your pattern. Achieve a better fit through the hip and thigh as Jennifer shows you how to let out or take in ease as needed. Next, discover how to read wrinkles on the back leg of your muslin and modify your pattern to make them disappear. Move on to tackling one of the most important adjustments for jeans as you fit the front crotch. Then, you'll learn to make custom adjustments to the waistband and back yoke, and your new favorite jean pattern is complete!
