This slow cooker tikka masala is comfort food at its best, especially when served with garlicky naan bread for mopping up all the sauce. A quick sauté (or microwave) of the aromatics and spices blooms their flavors, making a big impact in the final dish. Be sure to cook the tikka masala on low heat to allow the flavors to fully meld without overcooking the chicken. For a dairy-free version, use full-fat coconut milk instead of the heavy cream.
