Class Sessions

Dutch Oven (23:41)
The Dutch oven is the ultimate one-pot cooking dish. Get started as Katie and Robin share two recipes that demonstrate its creative use of prep time: beef chili and whole roasted chicken with vegetables. See how to quickly pull everything together for two distinctly different (and delicious!) dishes.

Skillet (23:23)
Skillets are very handy cooking tools, but they can slow you down without thoughtful or planned prep. In this lesson, Robin prepares chicken and rice with green chiles, while Katie makes shrimp linguini Alfredo. Discover how smart prepwork helps you nail speedy skillet dinners.

Sheet Pan (17:10)
Sheet pans are great for cooking lots of meal components at once. Watch as Katie’s recipe for chicken and cauliflower with pesto comes together entirely on one pan. Then, Robin shows you how to build a flavor-packed soup using sheet-pan roasted ingredients.

Multi-Cooker (18:56)
With so many functions and features, the multi-cooker can seem a little intimidating. But fear not! Robin and Katie offer their go-to recipes that anyone can make: beer-braised pork loin and baked ziti. You’ll see how this multifaceted device helps you save time in the kitchen.

Casserole Pan (21:56)
Using a casserole pan is a tried-and-true method for getting multiple servings out of one dish. Find out how to use up any leftovers or lingering fridge items to create two crowd-pleasing dishes: chicken pot pie and a Mexican-inspired lasagna. Less waste, more efficient cooking!
