It's still not working. Seems unlikely I'll renew my membership if I cannot get anything out of it other than articles...

The last post on this topic was 1/19/21 and it's still a problem. What good is a Gold level membership if we can't use it? Thinking about canceling.

Your response to Martha dated Dec. 23, 2020 says: Once the pattern that you are looking for is uploaded there will be a button just below the description that says, “Make it” or “Get the Pattern”. I clicked on the "Get the pattern" link for Penny's Clamfare Scarf and I was taken to the Craftsy home page. I tried two or three others which had the "Get the pattern" link and the same thing happens. Why disappoint Craftsy members by offering a link that doesn't work -- especially after claiming (not even a month ago) that the link does work. I suggest you remove the links and put a note at the top of the page saying that the patterns are not yet available.

I paid for patterns and I see you posted you no longer offer patterns? Where are the patterns that we purchased? I have been very patient when you changed over to Blueprint and then when you changed back over to Craftsy. I JUST had my auto payment for my membership come out. What exactly and I paying for, for $120.00? When and how am I going to be able to access the patterns that I already PAID for? I'm about to lose patients with Craftsy.

You have great ideas and patterns on the website, but none of your links seem to work to get me to the actual patterns. I'd even be willing to pay for some of the patterns if I could actually get to them and see some of the pertinent details - difficulty, type of yarn, crochet/knit, etc. Instead EVERYTIME I click a link I am directed to the Craftsy.com main page what good does that do me? Why have a website if it is full of dead links? It's a beautiful website, but beauty is nothing without function!
