Description
These socks can be made in multiple sizes and gauges. They’re worked from top down, beginning with a strong and flexible cast-on using needles one size larger than required to get gauge. The heel is shaped with short-rows that are worked in two sections. The toe is shaped with short rows in the same manner as the heel, and ends with either Kitchener stitch grafting or a zigzag bind-off. Find video instruction for this pattern in Essential Skills for Sock Knitting with Ann Budd.
