Pattern Description:

What I love about this pattern is that it's perfect for using up a single precut jellyroll! Of course, you can also cut your strips from yardage (like I did).

The easy-to-read pattern includes plenty of pictures, diagrams and tips for clarity. Fabric requirements and instructions are included for this throw sized quilt but could easily be modified to make any size.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 56" by 72"

Materials:

  • 16 quarter yards OR 1 pre-cut jellyroll
  • 2 yards of a solid fabric
  • 3 1/4 yards for backing
  • 1/2 yard for binding

You Will Also Need:

  • rotary cutter, ruler, cutting mat
  • pins, thread

I just finished making this quilt as a wedding gift for my brother. I have made one other quilt before with only mediocre results, but I decided to try quilting again because I really wanted to make an heirloom-quality gift. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this pattern!
