Materials Needed

• NOTE: The Pleated Swag valance is installed inside the window, and works best with a finished length of 48" (121.9 cm) or longer. Measurements given are for a 54" (137.2 cm) finished length and a 60" (152.4 cm) finished width. Refer to full pattern to calculate your yardage requirements if your valance differs from these dimensions.
•  1" x 2" (2.5 cm x 5.1 cm) board cut to desired width
• 3 3/4 yd (3.5 m) of 54" wide drapery fabric
•  3 3/4 yd (3.5 m) of 54" wide drapery lining fabric
•  Drapery lining fabric to cover board
•  Tack strip
• Staple gun and 3/8" (1 cm) staples
• Metal tape measure
• 36" (91.2 cm) lipped ruler, pinking shears, spray sizing (optional)
