Tom Swimm began painting at a very young age, and today he's an award-winning fine artist working in acrylics and oils. His work has been featured in magazines such as Southwest Art, Laguna Beach Art, Westways and International Artist. Tom is the author of five art instruction books published by Walter Foster. He also enjoys teaching painting in his home state of California, as well as on Craftsy.
