In this session, we’ll go over all the recipes we’ll be making in this class.
Prep work is the key to this class. Find out everything you need to cut and prep for all the recipes.
Our first recipe is Ground Chicken Marinara, a blend of moist chicken, aromatic vegetables, savory marinara sauce, and plenty of mozzarella cheese. This family favorite is brimming with flavor, gluten-free, packed with protein, made in one pan, and ready in under 20 minutes.
Creamy Beef and Pasta features a marriage of two favorites: savory ground beef and pasta. The sauce is reminiscent of Bolognese, but kicked up with a little cream, so it's as rich as it is satiny. And thanks to pre-chopped onion and pasta that cooks in the sauce, the meal comes together in about 20 minutes.
Inspired by sizzling restaurant fajitas, this incredible, one-skillet meal boasts plump, taco-seasoned shrimp, green onions, and sweet peppers in a smoky, rich glaze. Served in tortillas or over rice, it’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing dish. Plus, thanks to our homemade taco seasoning and sliced peppers, it’s ready in a flash.
This soup features cheesy tortellini pasta, basking in an herby broth with chunks of tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and spinach. A showering of parmesan cheese and dinner is served. One pan easy, and ready in less than 30 minutes.
The last recipe we’ll enjoy is Chicken Stir-Fry, a gorgeous, one-pan meal of golden chicken and tender-crisp vegetables in a sublime sweet/savory glaze. Made with any vegetables you desire and served over rice, it's an excellent main dish, side dish, or colorful addition to a party spread.

If you’re looking for ways to streamline meal prep on busy weeknights, this class is for you! I will share my favorite meal prep strategies, from pre-chopping vegetables, to crafting sauces, and blending spice mixes. Once you have a “”stash”” on hand, dinners come together in minutes.

In the first session, I’ll showcase which vegetables are best for chopping in advance. Having pre-chopped vegetables in your fridge is the ultimate time-saver. I’ll also share my cherished marinara sauce and homemade taco seasoning.

Once ingredients are prepped, we’ll start using them. So, let’s start prepping so we can make life easier during the week. Your future self will thank you.
