Meet Anne and begin by learning to create a vibrant arrangement of springtime cookies using a beautiful pastel color palette. Then she shows you how to make cookies that look like vintage watercolor roses, mason jars and simple leaves.
Bold colors take center stage in this lesson! Practice wet-on-wet techniques as you learn to make a range of summer-themed cookies that feature hibiscus flowers, a Hawaiian shirt, flip-flops and bathing suits.
Fall is in the air! Here, Anne teaches you how to mute tones by adding ivory to create a subdued fall color scheme. After that, combine airbrushing and stenciling techniques to make a trendy typography-style cookie. Plus, discover Anne's trick for achieving 3D jack-o'-lantern cookies.
Next, explore winter colors such as navy, purple and tan as you learn to make knit-inspired cookies, as well as a fun and festive latte cup. Afterwards, find out how to create sweater and mitten cookies with unique and interesting textures.
Then, turn your attention to holiday cookies as Anne guides you to decorate Christmas characters full of personality: an expressive snowman, Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer and, of course, Santa Claus!
End class by taking a deep dive into mixing red icing shades and tones, then explore five different red food gel options. Afterwards, see how to create a drop cookie bouquet and build a heart-shaped box of chocolates … in cookie form!
