Description
As you hold poses on the floor for 3–10 minutes each, propping with blankets, cushions and blocks as needed, you’ll work into the fascia (connective tissues) and the joints. Practicing yin yoga helps promote supple, healthy joints and replenishes the frazzled nervous system.
In this class, the fifth and final in Emily’s Blissful Yin Yoga series, you’ll explore the energetic line (meridian) of the heart and small intestine.
