Craftsy Membership Level and Benefits Tutorial Video

In this video, we'll walk you through your My Account page and show you where to find everything you need. You'll learn how to update your profile, manage your membership, change your payment method, reset your password, set your interests, and adjust your email preferences. Let's get started. In the top right corner, click Sign In. Enter your email address and password to access your account.

To open your account page, start by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the website. From the dropdown menu, select My Account. This page is your go-to spot for everything related to your membership and personal settings. At the top of the page, you'll see the Profile section. Here, you can review and update your personal details like your name, email address, and birthday.

If anything has changed, simply update the fields and click Update Profile to save. You'll also see your current membership level displayed next to your name on the right-hand side. Next, scroll down to the Manage My Membership Plan section. Here, you can quickly check your membership level, renewal status, and renewal date. If auto-renewal is turned on, your membership will renew automatically.

To turn it off, just click the link shown in the message or reach out to our customer service team for help. If auto-renewal is already off, you'll see a message letting you know when your membership will expire. If your membership is inactive, you can easily rejoin by clicking Click Here or Get Started. If you're a premium member and want even more benefits, you can upgrade anytime. Just click Upgrade to Gold on the right side of this section and complete the checkout process.

To view or update your payment details, go to the Payment section. Here, you'll see your current payment method. To update a credit or debit card, click Update My Card, enter your new card details, and click Save. To switch to PayPal, simply click the yellow PayPal button and log in to your PayPal account when prompted. Once completed, PayPal will become your default payment method.

If you don't have an active membership, this section will remain empty. Need to update your password? Just scroll to the Change Password section, type in your current password, and then enter and confirm your new password. Click Update Password to save your changes. To personalize your experience, find the Interests and Skill Level section.

Select your favorite hobby, then choose your skill level if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Click Update Interest to save. This helps us recommend classes and projects that are right for you. At the bottom of the page, you'll find Email Preferences. Here, you can choose which emails you'd like to receive, such as content updates, special promotions, or partner offers.

Make sure your selected options show a green check mark. If you prefer not to receive emails at all, you can choose Unsubscribe from All Communications. Don't forget to click Update Email Preferences to save your choices. And that's it. Your My Account page makes it easy to manage your membership and customize your experience.
