Here are two, from scratch chicken dishes that have no breading and are so delicious. We are going to work with both boneless and skinless breasts and thighs, making these much healthier. In this lesson we’ll learn how to properly peel and devein shrimp, how to use sesame seeds as a coating for shrimp, and how to use the drippings in the bottom of the basket as a dressing for the shrimp. I’ll also explain why we use skin on salmon in this recipe and how to properly place fish in an air fryer.
