Altering the Neckline, Sleeves & Hem

Make your own bias binding with Cindy's guidance and apply it to the edges of your jacket for a polished look. Use a matching color and thread or go for a pop of color! Cindy also shows how to sew a variety of simple hems on your sleeve cuffs and how to add frog closures using your sewing machine.
Embroidering the Scroll Jacket

Are you ready to start embroidering? With the included templates, plan an elegant scroll design for your jacket, then follow Cindy's tips for setting up your hoop, stabilizing your fabric and getting the design in the right spot, even on tricky sleeves. Embroidering the Appliqué Jacket
42:57
Learn how to create a stunning jacket with a sculpted edge formed by colorful appliqué flowers. Cindy walks you through the design and hooping process, sharing hints along the way about the best stabilizers to use, how to prepare your fabrics and how to make efficient use of your time and materials.
Finishing the Appliqué Jacket
31:05

Fixing Mistakes
15:17
Made a mistake? No worries! Cindy will show you a quick way to remove both fill designs and appliqué stitches easily without damaging your fabric -- or hurting yourself. You'll also learn how to get your machine back on track to restitch, even if you were in the middle of a design!
