Could you do this window pane pattern on a larger scale such as using larger pieces to create the same thing large enough to make a quilt as well?

Once again I am unable to download the patterns after entering my email. This is a regular thing on my iPhone. Is this something that Craftsy can fix? It’s probably the 5th or more time this has happened in the last year.
