Colette Christian, is back to teach us the most important recipe to bring to the summer cook out – One Dough, Three Ways: Hamburger Buns, Slider Buns, and Rolls. Join us on Thursday, August 17th at 2:00pm Central Time!
Make sure to grab the recipe and instructions from Colette here: One Dough, Three Ways.

Can this dough recipe be used for a sweet bun? Or one with added dried fruit or nuts?
Hi,
No this is not an ideal substitute for a sweet bun.
It does not have enough sugar or butter added to it.
Eggs are often added to sweet dough to help with extra richness and extensibility.
Happy Baking!
