    It would help to use a light board (like a Cutterpiller) when placing your fabrics on the paper so you can see the lines to make sure you're covering the area. I hate having to rip seams out!

    This was my first try at quilting. I watched the tutorial and then jumped in. Took me a couple of hours but I am happy to say I have a placemat for my mom! I do not think I would have been able to do this without the tutorial. Thank you!
