Crocheting and Knitting for Relaxation

Crafting as Therapy Series

Join Brenda K.B. Anderson for a free live event where you’ll explore the calming benefits of knitting and crochet. In this session, Brenda will guide you through simple, relaxing projects like garter stitch washcloths, cozy shawls, and tube-shaped knit scarves, along with soothing crochet options such as linen stitch scarves and double crochet dishcloths. Whether you’re looking for a focus-driven challenge or a meditative activity, this event will help you harness the power of color, texture, and repetitive stitching to reduce stress and promote well-being.
