This small Oliso mini iron would be just the right size to use in my small sewing space. The mat under it would allow a smaller area footprint for ironing those smaller projects while at the sewing machine without getting up and down every time a seam requires pressing.

The iron will be useful for pressing small areas of garments under construction (e.g. pockets, facings, small hems, etc.) rather than having to use a full ironing board and iron for small tasks
