    Its been 5 months, patterns are still not able to download. . . . . huge disappointment, cancelling subscription. Will go elsewhere. Too bad, I like Angela and her quilt patterns. . . . but this is crazy!

    Hmmm… Just saw these comments after sending mine to Customer Service. I really wonder about this site, as I’m seeing these problems over and over. Features are offered, but not there. Are you understaffed, or did they simply want to offer a “half baked” product to their subscribers? Not impressive.

    Love her and have her quilting diagrams book. But cannot get any free patterns. I am assuming the availability to download expires within so many months maybe or years
