Basic Skills Necessary:

  • This pattern is written for folks who have some basic sewing experience, and who are familiar with common sewing terms.

Pattern Description:

Make a fun gift set of play mustaches and beards along with a printable disguise guide and a felt top secret envelope to keep it all in! Give it to a young secret agent you know and prepare yourself for silliness.

This pattern includes:

- six different styles of mustaches
- three different styles of beards
- a color printable disguise guide to go along with it
- a felt top secret manila envelope

I've included lots of tips and tricks for easy construction. There is no hand sewing, except for attaching the buttons.

Included in this original twelve page pattern are color pictures, detailed step-by-step instructions and clear diagrams

This pattern is in PDF format on 8.5 x 11 paper, so you can print it from your regular printer at home on standard paper or card stock, as many times as you need for personal use.

The pattern pieces are all at actual size and are not overlapped. No sizing up and down required and no piecing together.

COTTAGE INDUSTRY SELLERS: If you are a home sewer, YES, it is OK to make and sell items from this pattern as long as you credit me for the pattern in your listing/hangtags. No mass production allowed. Please check my blog for details: http://mmmcrafts.blogspot.com/p/cottage-industry-info.html

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Nine play mustaches and beards plus a color printable insert all fit inside a 7.5 x 10 inch felt manila envelope.

Materials:

  • Scraps of wool felt and faux fur, elastic thread, two 9x12 inch sheets of yellow wool felt, fabric glue, freezer paper, two buttons, scraps of floss or baker's twine, one piece of 8.5x11 card stock, printer, red and black fabric markers
  • This pattern has buttons and small parts, so I do not recommend making it for any secret agent under the age of three.
