I am tired of all the sleeveless, strapless, practically SKIRT-less Barbie dresses out there. I wouldn't put my daughter in a dress like that, so why would I want her playing with a doll dressed so ridiculously. It seems like every Barbie in the store is ready to hit the club- or get into some serious trouble!
I wanted a pattern that I could sew up confidently and still have it be pretty and feminine. I couldn't find what I was looking for and had very little success using "commercially made" patterns. So I made one. I have sewn this pattern countless times now and little girls love it EVERY time.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Made to fit a Modern Barbie- would need modifications to fit a barbie from the 80's or 90's

Materials:

Sewing Machine, and about 1/4 a yard of fabric- I usually just use scraps
