Pattern Description:

Jenny is a sweet, whimsical, retro inspired, 15" (38cm) cloth doll. She is best made using quilt-quality 100% cotton fabric and was specially created to bring out the designer in you. Chose your colors, fabric designs, and hair color! Mix it up! Use up some of that fabric stash! Or make a doll to look like that special niece, daughter, grand-daughter, aunt or cousin!
Her hair is made with yarn. Her dress is removable, her hat and tights are not.
The colorful 18-page pattern and tutorial includes very detailed, well illustrated, step-by-step instructions with helpful tips throughout.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 15" tall on her tippy-toes

Materials:

  • 100% cotton, quilt quality fabric: Skin tone: 10" x 12" (25cm x 30cm) Legs: 10" x 12" (25cm x 30cm) Dress: 14" x 12" (36cm x 30cm) Hat: 10" x 10" (25cm x 25cm) Back of head: 5"x5" (12cm x 12cm) matching yarn
  • Hair: about 25g of yarn (1oz) Eyes: 1" square of black felt Polyester fibrefil stuffing: about 100g (4oz)
  • Thread; 2 small buttons
  • Fray-Stop/Fray Check or similar product
  • Small piece of tear-away interfacing (or paper)
  • Masking tape
  • Fabric/craft glue
  • Pinking shears for nothing curves (optional)
  • Hemostat to help with stuffing (optional)
  • Pink Blush (optional)
