Get two patterns in this bundle! The Cameron Pants (maroon) have a slimmer leg and a big ruffle at the hem, while the Hunter Pants (green) have a wider, straight leg and are suitable for either boys or girls. These pants also work well with recycled denim or corduroy.
This Pattern is suitable for beginners. All of my patterns are designed to fit 15" Bamboletta dolls, although you may find that other makers' dolls can wear these clothes as well.
These two designs are named after my friend Shannon's kids - a boy and a girl, both with androgynous names. Shannon is an avid seamstress and a wonderful full time mother- her finesse in both of those areas have been an inspiration to me for the 14 years I have known her.
A few words for Etsy sellers and professional makers of doll clothes...
I am a work at home mom, designing these clothes, drafting the patterns, then writing and photographing the tutorials all while my two year old sleeps (or plays quietly, HA!). I realize that it is impossible to ask or expect my customers not to sell the doll clothes they make from my patterns, but please understand that it is an extraordinary amount of work to produce these documents. I hope that my customers, who are designers and work-at-home mothers like me will respect the following wishes if they will be selling clothes made from my patterns:
**Please give credit where credit is due- Include in your item description, "This dress was made from a DalaiMama Pattern" and a direct link back to my shop listing for the pattern you purchased. This also applies to any promotion via blog, Facebook, Etsy, personal websites, bigcartel, etc.
**Please do not mass produce my designs or offer "custom orders" made from my patterns. If a customer messages you privately to create a custom order using one of my patterns, that's one thing. But if your shop has "custom slot" type listings, I ask that you please do not offer my designs for sale in this way.
Have you made this pattern?

I am a mother, jeweler and metalworking teacher by day. At night (and during naptime) I transform into a ravenous seamstress and designer of doll clothes. When I'm not making things, you can find me gardening, skiing, hiking, camping or cooking.
