Pattern Description:

This sweet 6.5-inch fairy doll is easy to sew and is a satisfying project for the beginner to experienced dollmaker. Her arms and legs are posable, making it possible for her to sit, stand (with support) or hold onto things. Sewing Skill level: Suitable for all levels, Beginner to Advanced. Finished doll is recommended for ages 3 and older.

This pattern includes full-size patterns and step-by-step instructions with colorful photos and excellent diagrams.


  • (2) 8" x 7" cotton knit skin fabric
  • 6" tubular gauze or make your own from stretchy fabric
  • wool or polyester stuffing
  • 3.5 yards dental floss or heavy-duty craft thread
  • 2 pipe cleaners
  • 3.25" wide fairy wings
  • felt scraps
  • silk flower petals
  • 10 seed beads
  • embroidery floss
  • 6" double fold bias tape
  • wool roving or fine yarn (or any other doll hair)
  • 10" satin ribbon
  • 14" Steam-a-Seam fusible web tape

You Will Also Need:

  • scissors
  • tacky glue or hot glue
  • hand sewing needle
  • thread to match fabrics
