This 9.5" - 10.5" rag doll is simple yet elegant, and perfect for the crafter just starting out in doll-making. She has painted hair and wears a plain sheath dress with shorts underneath. The body and shorts are made from just one pattern piece each, and the dress from 2 pattern pieces. She can be completed in just a few hours from small pieces of fabric, so this is a perfect weekend scrap-busting project!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 9.5" to 10.5"


  • Skin-tone fabric at least 11" x 17"
  • Dress fabric at least 8.5" x 13"
  • Shorts fabric at least 4.5" x 8"
  • 15" length of narrow ribbon
  • Thread in colors to match your doll, dress, and shorts fabrics
  • Stuffing
  • Fabric paint in your chosen hair color
  • Hand-sewing needle
