The doll shoes and sweater/sweatshirt are so sweet and easy to make! There are two styles of shoes - plain and tied with ribbons. They stay on the doll's feet very well. To make the shoes, fuse fabric to felt (wool or acrylic). Then cut out the top and sole shapes and sew them together. The sample shoes are made from cotton fabric and pleather (special instructions are included for working with pleather). Chenille fabric will make an adorable pair of slippers.
The same pattern is used for the sweater/sweatshirt - the opening is in the front for the sweater and the back for the sweatshirt. Fleece is used for both styles. The edges can be finished with rick rack, machine, bias binding or hand embroidered blanket stitch. Buttons or Velcro can be used for the closure in front or back. Instructions are also included to make a cotton blouse.
This nine pag PDF e-pattern includes full size patterns, clear instructions written in English and step-by-step photographs.
