Pattern Description:

This is a pattern for a 1940's style bra, which features a v-shaped bias cut band with optional lace panels and a button back or purchased closure.

This is an original design based on an image of a pattern from the 1940's. No vintage patterns were harmed in the making of this pattern.

The pattern is drafted in a size 34" bust, but this pattern would be very easy to size up or down.

This pattern was part of the Pauline Lingerie Sew-Along on A Few threads loose where the sewing steps were detailed out in step-by-step tutorials. You can find everything about sewing this pattern here:

This pattern is so simple to put together and make. I love how you can really customize Mrs. Depew's patterns to truly make them your own and make them work for you. The finished bra is super comfortable to wear and many more are on my to-make list.
