Basic Skills Necessary:

  • The techniques used are freehand sewing along a curved guideline, turning, pivoting, clipping, edge stitching, hand sewing & layering of fabrics.

Pattern Description:

Inspired by the Rococo period - a time of extravagance, frivolity and aggrandizement. Incredibly detailed gowns in exaggerated shapes and mules or slippers made of delicate materials to match each dress.

"Rococolette" takes one back to the lavish 18th century French Court...

This design embraces the ornate embellishments of the period's fashion. From the undulating curves of the Ruching down to the Court Slipper.
