Pattern Description:

This is a simple and quick pattern for a phone pillow. Also great for iPods, Zooms, etc. Size can be adjusted for eReaders, iPads, etc. (Pattern does not include the larger dimensions.)

For the filling, I actually use the fish rocks that you put in fish tanks. I bought a big bag from Walmart and have made a lot of these, and other items and still have a lot left over. I did make one with rocks on the bottom and batting on the top. Over time the batting/stuffing flattens out and doesn't keep my phone as upright as I'd like. It's lighter than using only rice or rocks, but I prefer the shape of filling it completely full of these items.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Perfect size for basic smartphone or iPods

Materials:

Fabric - 10" by 7 1/2" (larger if making for a larger device such as eReader)
Rice or material for filling (3 cups +- SHOULD be plenty.)
