Pattern Description:

They are easy to make - even for beginners! Wool felt is fused to cotton fabric using a fusible web. The wool felt side is used for the outside of the bunny shoes. The cotton fabric side is used for the outside of the plain shoes. Shoes have Velcro closures. Cotton fabric is used for the straps. Bias tape is sewn around the top edge of the plain shoes. The pretty flower embellishments on the ends of the bunny straps are optional. The bunny eyes are embroidered with French Knots. A button is securely attached for the bunny noses. If you would prefer, you can embroider the noses.

This PDF e-pattern includes full size patterns, a materials list, instructions written in English, and step-by-step color photographs. Four sizes of shoes are included in pattern - lengths of finished soles are 4", 4.25", 4.5" and 4.75". Optional instructions are given to put a non-skid sole on shoes for babies that are walking.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Shoes will fit babies from newborn to approximately 14 months.

Materials:

Cotton fabric for straps, tops and soles of shoes
Wool (or acylic) felt for tops and soles of shoes - color that coordinates with fabric on shoes
Iron-on fusible web
Velcro hook & loop fasteners - two 1/2" x 3/4" pieces
Bias tape for plain shoes - 1" wide by 12" long
7/16" Buttons with two holes - two for bunny noses
Sewing thread - white & color that matches fabric
Six strand embroidery floss for bunny eyes - pink
OPTIONAL FOR FLOWER EMBELLISHMENTS ON BUNNY STRAPS: 1 1/2" x 3 1/2"
