Skill Level:

little skill level requirement Novice

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Cutting a straight line
  • Tying Knots in Fleece

Pattern Description:

This blanket is VERY easy to make. Each blanket measures approximately 53" by 48" on completion and should take no more than an hour plus to make and you will get faster with each one.

They can be made for girls or boys and are great for babies and for toddlers. The blankets will wash and wear very well. They are great for the floor or the park as they are larger than a traditional baby quilt size but can also be used in the crib or stroller or anywhere you like. Ours lives in the bottom of our stroller and is used pretty much every day. They can also be thrown over the back of a couch as a cozy lap quilt or at the end of the bed for extra warmth. They are great gifts and wonderful homemade projects for your little ones (please do the scissor part for them!).

This pattern includes:
*Materials List
*Detailed instructions in English
*Clear step-by-step color photographs (I am a visual person myself and
like lots of photos to learn new projects)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 1 1/2 yards of plain fleece for back
