Pattern Description:

Super easy to make "Sew Wise" Owl family. Papa,
Mama, Bro, and Sissy all coordinating together as a
"wise" family should.

Not too scary. Just loving and bright. Great for little
ones to cuddle and love. Ideal take along size for that
nap on the road.

This was my "fun" pattern to create. Babies just love
to snuggle with it and drag it around by the ears. As
you can see, Hayden was quite amused with my first
sample.

Baby friendly, with all pieces appliqud to main body.
No dangerous buttons or loose parts to chew off. I
have used 100% cotton fabrics, washable felt and filled
the body with fiber fill. Just toss in the washer and lay
flat to dry.

If you want to create this owl as bookends, just fill the
bottom with beans or pellets. It has a square bottom
so that it will sit up.

Excellent Fabulous toy for a child's gift  September 2, 2013

This pattern was very clear and easy to follow. I didn't have any of those "what now?" moments. Plenty of photos to show what the text describes. I'll definitely make these again!

Excellent Adorable and amazing!  July 24, 2013

I made these as a surprise for my cousin, who loves owls, with leftover fabric from the quilt I made her. She loved them so much, she was in tears when she saw them! They were fairly easy to make, and I put beads in the ears, then added polyfill, then beads in the bottom. I suggest using a funnel for the beads.
