Regatta Gala is the first in a series of monthly Table Topper patterns from Poplun Designs! I wanted to have a table runner that was festive enough to have as a centerpiece for our Fourth of July BBQ, but that was subtle enough to leave out for the rest of the month without looking too pass! Since all the men in my family are sailors, regatta flags seemed to fit the bill! My sample was made with Smooth Sailing by Jenni Calo for Connecting Threads. And, kudos to you if you guessed that the title came from one of my ultimate favorite TV shows! Happy sewing!!

Welcome to Cora's Quilts on Craftsy! My name is Shelley: wife, mom, quilter, and designer from Sacramento, CA.
I love designing quilting projects big and small, alike - my patterns are built upon classic quilt blocks and patterns, that have been updated for the contemporary sewer. I include directions for modern, simplified, time-saving cutting and piecing techniques, and some of my favorite building blocks are those fabulous pre-cut fabric bundles, like 5" Charm Packs and 10" Layer Cakes. The majority of my patterns are also scrap-bin friendly, so if you're looking to make a little bit of room in your stash, you've come to the right place!
All my projects include clear, concise instructions accompanied by full-color illustrations and photos.
