Lots of plastic bags stuck between the wall and the frig (come on, we all do it heheh) gave me the idea to design this Red Hat Bag lady. My pattern gives the option to make her longer than 24 inches if your choose.

1/2 yd muslin or Osnaberg (body) 1/2 yd fabri for skirt and bodice, 1/4 yd for apron, 1 yd 1/4 inch elastic,, lace for collar, all materials called out in pattern
