Awwww! This cutie pie is announcing his LOVE for you! He measures approx. 8" tall by 6 1/2" wide. Holding his fun stitched heart in his hands...he has rusty bells and safety pins on his chest! Complete instructions on sewin, stuffin, stitchin and paintin this adorable guy! Great for any time of year!

- Unpopped Popcorn or Sand (for weight)
- Tea-Dye solution (recipe included)
