Very easy project to make up quickly.
Materials:
- sewing machine
- DISH TOWEL or 1/2 yard of fabric.
- Pins and scissors
- 9 x 2 1/2 inch small fabric strip or 2 inch ribbon
- 6 inches of 1/4 inch elastic
