Pattern Description:

I've been waiting a long time to release my first dress pattern, because I wanted to get it just right. I've had this in my sketchbook for months and I'm just so excited to finally release it!

This dress is perfect for my kids, because the knit fabrics are comfortable and the bodice is perfect for embellishing {which I love} with machine embroidery, buttons, ruffles, screen printing, trims, etc. The skirt portion is woven, which makes it very affordable to make and comfortable to wear. I love mix matching fabrics and prints, which this dress is all about.

Also, it's filled with options. You can choose a curved or straight empire bodice or back, store bought bias binding, handmade bias binding, or fold over elastic for the traditional or tie top straps, and several different hemlines, including a patchwork pieced band, a solid band, a ruffle or a patchwork pieced ruffle.
Great for leftover scraps!

I just love this pattern so much and hope you will too! It's very quick to make up and looks stunning on.
I also have a matching baby doll pattern for those girls who love matching their baby dolls, like my girls and nieces.

  • This pattern is sized for 1-10 girls

  • knit fabric with at least 25% stretch, woven fabrics for the skirt portion, store bought double fold bias tape, handmade bias tape, or fold over elastic
