Hi! I'm MammaNene @ SergerPepper :)
Let me guide you through this beginner's project where you'll learn sewing a french seam, while creating a versatile oversized top you can wear over a turtleneck long sleeved shirt for a dinner in winter, or above a swimsuite for going to the beach with friends (they'll ask you where did you buy it, and you'll be able to say: "I did it!"... priceless!)
Dress it up or down, as you like: it's a pretty basic shape!
Wear its large cowl collar off the shoulder or centered, as you wish.
Add a thin belt if you're a fashion addicted or a high-low hem (instructions included), to make it perfect for your daughter (or granddaughter)!
Refashion tips inside!
Going upsize, you can create a poncho version, using a thick wool (approved from Serger Pepper's Tester's Crew)
Check the length before cutting your fabric and eventually add (or substract) some cm/inches (instructions included),
With your purchase you'll have 15 instructions pages, with a step by step photo tutorial full of big pics, labeled for easiest readability. NMeasures given in both metric and inches.
Plenty of links to online tutorials and deeper insights.
Computer drafted PDF pattern consists of only 8 pages (fit on A4 and US Letter sizes printers!), tested from more than 20 seamstresses from all around the world!
I'd suggest you to print only pages from 16 to 23 to save ink, money and some tree too <3 (save the PDF on your tablet, iPad, smartphone, notebook, netbook to keep instructions near you while sewing, and appreciate all the photos with perfect brightness!)
Support guaranteed lifetime!
