Did you just buy yourself a new serger and now you need a gorgeous pattern for your kid and for you to play with your overlook machine? Then this is the perfect pattern. The stitches are visible, you could play some more and make also one dress with invisible stitches. You could even recycle your old sweater for this project and make a wintery version or summer version made with jersey fabric for this asymmetric toddler skirt for hotter days. But, wait; with this you will also get step by step photo instructions for the pants too. Now look in your fabric stash and found your perfect color combination. Pattern is suitable for beginner sewer, and is made on a serger. If you don(tm)t have it, you could use a zig zag stitch on your ordinary machine, but with the serger you will finish the dress and pants too in no time. Simple and super fast and fun project made in different sizes (56 " 64 " 72 " 80 " 86 " 92 " 98). PS, maybe this is perfect time to borrow a serger for a weekend projectbut make a big stash of fabric, because you will enjoy with this two patterns.

As a kid I want to do everything by myself....and I still live like this, except, now I want to play also with others and I love to show and teach how to play with fabric, so I did start to work on sewing step by step tutorials with my own patterns.
Will you play with me? Come, the fun is starting...
