Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Be comfortable using your sewing machine
  • Be able to follow a step by step pattern with photos
  • Use a rotary cutter, ruler and mat (although you can substitute and use scissors too)

Pattern Description:

Make a super easy and effective twirly skirt that your child is sure to love!
This skirt pattern ticks all my favourite boxes - it is fast, easy, affordable but SO effective!

With 3 different style options available there is something for everyone... Make is simple, make it contrasting or make it lacy. You decide!

This pattern has no pesky pattern pieces to print, rather it is designed for use with a rotary cutter, ruler and mat. However if rotary cutting isn't your thing then don't that put you off - it can also VERY easily be cut out using a ruler and fabric scissors. Too easy!

Some reviews...

"This pattern is not only simple for a beginner to stitch up but perfect for an experienced sewist to use as a last minute gift or to teach a first time sewist. Additionally, the finished skirt is sure to please."
Rhonda from Quilter in the GAP

"I was given the opportunity to test Kat's pattern. I'm so glad I did. I turned out two skirts in record time. Each use very little fabric, and provide little girls with lots of choices. Swishy summer skirt or pop of colour over winter tights".
Alison from Cotton Factory
