Pattern Description:
I did make recycle cargo pants in to a messenger bag and then I did have some more fabric scraps from pants...so I did recycle them it to a toddler skirt.
All the details for pants are already made (pockets...) and all you need to do is a little bit patchwork and you have a happy toddler with a new skirt. It is simple, not expensive, and eco friendly. Love it.
PS; maybe you could make something similar in a bigger version for yourself?

- Old Cargo Pants
- some new contrasting fabric
