A beautiful enchanting dress with cap sleeves and full petticoat of tulle. Dress is fully lined with high waist for a cute flattering look. Additional instructions provided to make the petticoat a detachable pettiskirt.

The pattern is designed for use with a sewing machine and overlocker. Instructions are given for completing without an overlocker.
