Merry-Go-Round Skirt PDF Pattern/Tutorial by Schnitzel & Boo. This skirt is perfect for your little twirler! It comes in sizes 6M-8 and can be made with coordinating fabric scraps.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Sized 6-12M through girl's size 8
Materials:
- quilter's cotton, four coordinating cuts of 1/8yd, 1/2yd, 1/3 yd and 1/3yd; 1 yd of 1" wide, non-roll elastic, thread, scissors, grid ruler, sewing machine, iron and ironing board, fabric marker. Optional: rotary cutter/acrylic ruler and serger.
