Pattern Description:

Lazy Day Shorts are so called for two reasons. 1: they are perfect to wear on lazy summer days. And 2: they are super quick and easy to make, meaning they are perfect for even the laziest sewer (and also, beginner and rusty sewers).

They are specifically designed to fit over cloth nappies and have a large rise to accommodate those big fluffy bums! The pattern was designed to be made with woven fabrics, but can just as easily be made with stretch fabrics (the stretch will just make the fit a little larger). The shorts also work well for children not in cloth nappies, they just have a little extra wiggle room in the booty department!

The instructions also include directions for how to add patch pockets, turn ups or even how to turn your shorts into trousers!
