Layered and Ruffled Skirt for Girls Pattern

Pattern Description:
This pattern is named the RufflePOP! Skirt because it's just so fun and when you use a contrasting fabric for the underpanel, it really does pop! And then, of course, there's the ruffle. Who doesn't like ruffles? Sweet A-line style and just-at-knee length.
Tie Dye Diva patterns include full-sized printable patterns that are computer drafted and color coded. DIY is great, but I don't make you draft your own patterns! Take a look at the sample pages (from a different Tie Dye Diva pattern) for an example of what is included.
