Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 1/2- 9/10

  • Fabric: Any non stretch, medium weight fabric will work- velveteen, corduroy, fleece, velour, wool, twill or a thick cotton. For optional lining- satin, light cotton, broadcloth, light corduroy.
  • For hood trim you need about 30"for all sizes. You can use 2"or 4"pre-cut faux fur trim, warning: it is very expensive! I prefer to make my own from minky, fleece or faux fur. You need very little fabric to do this!
  • 24" of 3/8" ribbon for tie option- grosgrain works best if you are using a thicker fabric. Satin may not hold up as well. You can also use a hook and eye.
  • *basics: thread, scissors, ruler, hem gauge, turning tool
