The pattern comes in the sizes age 3, 4, 5 & 6 and includes an e-book (PDF) with detailed written instructions and and of cause my on line lessons which are completely free.
Just visit the project page to find all videos and pictures in one place: (The Pattern/Part1) (Sewing/Part 2) (Sewing/Part3)

The classic coat has been quite a project inspired by the ladies taking part in my 'Intermediate' sewing course who were excited about learning how to sew a jacket/coat. I remembered my red coat which I wore everywhere with a pair of Wellington's until I grew out of it. Capturing that nostalgia and adorable look from the 60's was the aim and 7 months later I can say 'mission accomplished'.

The 3 video's of 20 minutes each will guide you through the whole process from pattern assembly to sewing on the buttons. When you don't want to get the laptop out just use the detailed instructions with plenty of photographs from the videos.

My patterns aren't multi sized you get one size per file which makes the cutting out so much easier. You can download all sizes or just the ones you need.

I hope you will enjoy making this gorgeous coat and get as much positive feedback as we have. That's how it should be. You make something and it looks miles better then what is available in any of the high street shops.

The coat will morph into a great swing jacket with 3/4 sleeves before you have to make another one the next size up. The last gallery picture shows the coat a student made for her daughter. She made it more like a duffel coat with a hood. I just loved that and wanted to share it with you.

The PDF is true to size, just cut the pattern out, attach the pattern pieces together, and you are good to go!
